The sexiest damn Cowgirl in the West.

This is my OC Liberty. Full name: Liberty America Pheonix. Her rifle's name is Roosevelt, and she's got two revolvers named Shock and Awe. Her palomino stallion is named Washington, and he's the newest "fastest horse in the west."

She'll drink you under the table, win your poker chips and pick your pockets all at the same time.

RIFLE = STUPID.

I knows this. But I don't care right now. I just wanted to have a neat picture to introduce Liberty with. Also: she doesn't normally dress so gaudy. Well, actually, she's quite elaborately outfitted normally, just not in such a blazingly patriotic way xD

The frame/background is a premade brush that I downloaded from :iconcheapxxperfume:. Isn't it beautiful? I saw it and though LIBERTY. Because it's perfect for doing portraits of characters in. There are lots of other versions, like cherry blossoms and daisies and stuff... I suggest you go have fun with them.

About two hours in photoshop 7, most of which was sketching and deciding how to color her dress.
